the challenge

the challenge

Resellers sell SumUp card readers and use the Partner Portal to manage their sales and see key information. Or so we thought.

28% of CX tickets were requests for information the portal didn’t show. Every week, the internal team had to build PDFs and send them by hand to meet resellers’ needs.

We interviewed users and stakeholders in Brazil and Europe, reviewed past research, and ran a co-creation session with the squad and stakeholders to define the problem and sketch a solution.

After the workshop, as we started exploring, we ran two critique sessions to check we were heading in the right direction.
